Problems with Cookies
A cookie error message generally indicates that you have set your browser preferences to not accept cookies. Follow the below instructions to accept all cookies. This should fix the problem.
To remove cookies, you will now need to clear cookie cache manually.
Included here are instructions for changing your cookies settings and clearing your cookie cache in Internet Explorer 6.0.2800, Mozilla Firefox 1.0.6, and Netscape 7.1.
Accept Cookies
Accept Cookies in I.E.
1. On the Internet Explorer browser bar, choose Tools and then select Internet Options from the browser toolbar.
2. Select the Privacy tab.
3. Select Advanced.
4. Check Override automatic cookie handling.
5. Under both First- and Third-party Cookies, mark either the Accept or Prompt radio dial. The Accept option provides for smoothest service, but is less secure.
6. Check Always allow session cookies.
7. Click on ok at the bottom of the window to close the Privacy tab.
8. Click on ok at the bottom of the window to close the Internet Options window.
Accept Cookies in Firefox
1. On the Mozilla Firefox browser bar, choose Tools and then select Options from the menu.
2. Select Privacy from the left-hand menu if it is not already selected.
3. Select Cookies from the right-hand menu.
4. Check Allow sites to set cookies.
5. Click on ok at the bottom of the window to close the Options window.
Accept Cookies in Netscape
1. On the Netscape browser toolbar, choose Edit and then select Preferences from the menu.
2. In the left-hand menu, double-click on Privacy & Security to open that menu.
3. Select the Cookies option.
4. In the Cookies display, mark the Enable all cookies radio dial. Note: If you are knowledgeable about Cookies, you may instead mark the Enable cookies based on privacy settings radio dial, select View and select the best options for your needs that will allow Library cookies.
5. Click on ok to save your changes and close the Preferences window.

Clear Cookie Cache Manually
Clear Cookies in I.E.
1. On the Internet Explorer browser bar, choose Tools and then select Internet Options from the menu.
2. In the General tab (default), select in the Temporary Internet Files section.
3. A confirmation window will pop up. In this window, select to delete the files and close the window.
4. Click on ok at the bottom of the window to close the Internet Options window.
Clear Cookies in Firefox
1. On the Mozilla Firefox browser bar, choose Tools and then select Options from menu.
2. Select Privacy from the left-hand menu if it is not already selected.
3. Select Cookies from the right-hand menu.
4. Click on clear.
5. Optionally, select Until I close Firefox from the Keep Cookies menu.
6. Click on ok at the bottom of the window to close the Options window.
Clear Cookies in Netscape
1. On the Netscape browser toolbar, choose Edit and then Preferences from the menu.
2. In the left-hand menu, double-click on Advanced to open that menu.
3. Choose the Cache option.
4. Click on clear cache.
5. Make sure that Compare the page in the cache to the page on the network is set to either Every time I view the page or Once per session .
6. Click on ok to save your changes and close the Preferences window.
